Overview

Nora is a WhatsApp personal assistant that helps users complete tasks such as creating reminders, adding Google Calendar events, processing receipts, storing files in Google Drive, and logging records in Google Sheets.

Information we collect

Nora may process WhatsApp messages, receipt images, user instructions, and connected Google account data required to complete user-requested actions.

Google user data

Nora only accesses Google user data needed to provide the features authorised by the user. This may include creating Google Calendar events, saving requested files to Google Drive, or adding structured records to Google Sheets.

How data is used

To create reminders and confirmations.
To create or update Google Calendar events requested by the user.
To upload requested files, such as receipts, to Google Drive.
To log requested information, such as receipt details, in Google Sheets.
To provide support and improve reliability of the service.

Data sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not share Google user data with third parties except where necessary to provide the requested service, comply with law, or protect the security of the service.

Data retention

Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records requested by the user, or meet legal and operational requirements. Users may request deletion of their data.

Revoking access

Users can revoke Nora’s access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account permissions page.
